It turns out that CASA's have a calling other than just hauling smokejumpers and paracargo: working for Santa!
Who would have thought that Collin's Alaska job would take him right back to Colorado, flying an overflow contract for UPS in Jump-17?! He has a daily flight from Denver to Rifle/Garfield County, just down I-70 from Grand Junction. They've experienced weather delays and one mechanical issue with the "sleigh" thus far, but from the looks of it, Christmas will come right on schedule for the good little girls and boys of western Colorado.
