OK, now I'm rethinking participating in the Arctic Quest. It's only mid-Nov.

No, no, no! We'll have so much fun, and hey, it's a dry cold!

You are not doing a very good job at selling the Alaska tour with your clothing! :)

I used to be just like you. Still can't really believe I'm up here and surviving so well! I've got 4 people and counting for the Arctic Quest!

One of your tour mates can recite the "Cremation of Sam McGee" by heart. We'll need lots of entertainment like that while looking for Lady Aurora.

Ginny (aka Wapiti, this moniker is going to stick) and I noticed that. Last time we heard it recited was over the radio in MX, I think.

I think the absolute BEST recitation came one night in Whitehorse, Yukon. She was on stage, in a bar, sitting on a stool, mesmerizing the audience (admittedly made up of primarily Parkwest folks!) I'll never forget leaving that dark bar after midnight, stepping out onto Jarvis Street, and being blinded by the midnight sun.

And, BTW, just love Wapiti--the name and the girl!
