Lovely flight to Durango this morning with 9 planes enjoying the smooth air, blue skies and miles of yellow aspen trees at their peak of color. Tomorrow we'll board the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and enjoy deluxe service aboard the Alamosa Parlor Car to enjoy the peaks and colors of the Colorado autumn.
So far, the only wearers of the Hat of Shame have been Collin and the Cat Herder!

So, how did you earn the privilege to wear your own hat? Not very Mother Goose-ish. Sounds like fun already!

Well, Mark, it was just a couple of "minor" infractions. First, I kinda lost my tour "Bible" that I take on every trip (later found!), then almost allowed the Hat of Shame to blow off the ramp and onto the runway at SAF. It was retrieved from our good man, Robin!
