Dates & Pricing:
The tour dates for the Beyond the Border 2016 are February 28 - March 12, 2016. The tour price is US$ 3,950 per person, based on double-occupancy, payable in two installments (see below). Parkwest Air Tours accepts cash, check or bank transfer. Please contact us for special pricing and arrangements if your party is other than two people.

Prices include the following:

Quality hotel accommodation at each destination
All ground transportation and their associated gratuities
All scheduled activities and their associated gratuities
Numerous meals and their associated gratuities
First-class train tickets to Copper Canyon
Services of two full-time pilot guides
Detailed flight and tour briefings

Prices do NOT include:

Aircraft fuel and miscellaneous airport fees
Meals and activities not specified on the itinerary
Any personal expenses like alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, travel insurance, etc.

Payment Terms:
The per-person price is $3,950, payable as follows:

$500 per person non-refundable deposit, due with reservation
$3,450 per person (remainder), due no later than February 1, 2016

We no longer accept credit cards for payment. Some of you have always paid by check or bank transfer, and we thank you. The undersigned (“Client”) has paid Parkwest Air Tours (Parkwest) for participation, either as pilot or passenger, in a self-fly, group tour package. The Client understands that Parkwest can make no refunds due to missed days, activities, or hotel accommodation because of adverse weather condition. Furthermore, the Client understands that all hotels, meals and activities are pre-reserved and pre-paid, and that if he/she elects to forego any such hotel stay, meal or activity for any reason, that no refund for the item will be made.

For participation in any tour packaged by Parkwest Air Tours, the undersigned hereby agrees to release and hold harmless any Parkwest owners, sponsors, pilot guides, workers, volunteers, and owners of both public and private land where the tours are to take place. This shall include officers, directors, agents and Parkwest employees or subcontractors. The above shall also be released from any negligent act or omission and shall also be released from any loss, damage, or cost incurred due to participation in this event.

I hereby forever release, acquit, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Parkwest Air Tours, their officers, affiliates, and employees from any and all causes or causes of action, including personal injury, illness, death, property damage, cost, charges, claims, demands, and liabilities of whatever kind, name, or nature in any manner arising out of my participation during a tour packaged by Parkwest Air Tours. Furthermore, I state that if I willfully participate, either as a passenger or as the pilot of an aircraft, I assume all risks, responsibilities, and liabilities for my conduct, as well as for the conduct of the other passengers aboard my aircraft. I have read and understand the above information.
