Arctic Quest Registration

Please read the following information, and submit the form below in order to secure your reservation on the Arctic Quest 2016.

Dates & Pricing:
The tour dates for the Arctic Quest 2016 are January 28 - February 7, 2016. The tour price is US$ 2,700 per person, based on double-occupancy, payable in two installments (see below). Parkwest Air Tours accepts cash, check or bank transfer. Please contact us for special pricing and arrangements if your party is other than two people.

Prices include the following:

Quality hotel accommodation at each destination
All ground transportation and their associated gratuities
All scheduled activities and their associated gratuities
Numerous meals and their associated gratuities
Daily briefings
Services of two full-time guides

Prices do NOT include:

Airfare to/from Alaska
Meals not specified on the itinerary
Any personal expenses like alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, travel insurance, etc.

Payment Terms:
The per-person price is $2,700, payable as follows.

$500 per person non-refundable deposit, due with reservation
$2,200 per person (remainder), due no later than January 5, 2016

We no longer accept credit cards for payment. Some of you have always paid by check or bank transfer, and we thank you.
